Mission Statement
The Pradhan Family Foundation Incorporated is a non stock, non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. The Pradhan Family Foundation Incorporated’s purpose is to work with all people to lead healthy and productive lives, focusing on improving people’s health through educational programs, grants and endowed scholarships. It also seeks to meet any community needs which may arise, and can provide grants or no-interest or low-interest loans to charities, businesses and individuals throughout the globe. It focuses on improving the health and education of all citizens, including providing grants to healthcare workers, teachers, and organizations that are engaged in providing health care and education to citizens in the USA and all across the world. It seeks to help ensure that all people have access to opportunities they need to succeed in school and life.
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other nonprofit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
The Pradhan Family Foundation Incorporated is designated as a public benefit corporation.
